Test center
A 360-degree compatibility lab
Real switches, real firmware, real traffic. Every optic we ship has passed through here first.

What we actually test
Coding is verified against the target platform, not against a datasheet. Optical performance is measured on calibrated instruments. Then the module is inserted into the switch model you specified and run under traffic for 24 hours, with error counters read before and after.
The result is a report that says what the part did, not what it should do.
- Platform coding and DDM threshold verification
- TX power, extinction ratio, eye mask and sensitivity
- 24-hour traffic soak with error counter comparison
- Thermal behaviour across the rated temperature range
- End-face inspection to IEC 61300-3-35
| Equipment | Capability |

| Optical spectrum analyser | C-band, 100 GHz grid resolution |
| Insertion loss meter | Automated multi-position scanning |
| Fiber inspection scope | IEC 61300-3-35 end-face criteria |
| Environmental chamber | -40 C to +85 C, humidity controlled |
| Traffic generator | RFC 2544 and RFC 2889 profiles |
