The challenge
Spine-leaf fabrics at 100G and 400G concentrate traffic into a small number of high-capacity links. A single mis-ordered optic, a polarity error in an MPO trunk or an untested coding profile will take down a leaf pair during commissioning, and the fault only appears under load.
Our approach
We treat the fabric as one bill of materials. Optics, trunk cables, cassettes and patch cords are specified together, polarity is fixed end to end, and every optic is burned in on the actual switch model before it ships. You receive the test report with the hardware.
