Quality assurance
Six controlled stages from incoming components to packed carton. Nothing skips a stage.
Why we test every single unit
An optical transceiver is one of the few components in a network that is both cheap enough to be bought casually and critical enough to take a leaf pair down. Most failures we see in the field are not laser failures — they are coding mismatches, contaminated connectors and marginal link budgets.
So our quality system is built around catching exactly those three things before they reach a rack: platform-specific coding, connector inspection and a measured link budget on every unit.
Quality system documentation and certificates are available on request.

Six stages, every unit
Incoming Inspection
Raw laser chips, TIA components and connectors are sampled and verified against specification before entering production.
SMT & Assembly
Automated pick-and-place and reflow under ESD-controlled conditions, with in-line AOI on every panel.
Coding & Programming
Each module is programmed with the vendor coding profile for its target platform, including DDM thresholds.
Optical Performance Test
TX power, extinction ratio, eye mask and sensitivity are measured on calibrated instruments for every unit.
Compatibility Test
Modules are inserted into real target switches and run a 24-hour traffic soak with error counter verification.
Final QC & Packing
Appearance, labelling and accessory checks, then anti-static packing with the test report and barcode.

We will send a real report for the part and platform you are buying.
